What do I need?
7 pieces of tilapia fillet, tuna or Nile perch
5 garlic cloves
3-4 green hot peppers
1 red pepper (gamba in Israel)
1 tomato
1 cup oil
1 bundle coriander
1 ½ teaspoons sweet pepper
½ teaspoon tumeric
How do I prepare it?
Cut the red pepper into strips. Put pepper strips and whole hot peppers into pot. Place fish filets over the peppers. Spread spices, coriander and oil over the fish.
Cut tomato into large cubes (6-8 cubes) and place them on the fish.
Fill pot with water until the fish are covered. Cook for ½ hour until sauce thickens.
