Brigadier General (res.) Yaakov Nagel, the acting head of the National Security Council, has finalized the 10-year increased aid defense package between the U.S. and Israel after ongoing negotiations for months.
The new stipulations of the deal require a moratorium on Israeli requests for supplemental funding for 10 years. The government will in the last five years incrementally increase the amount it spends in the US per annum until the entire amount of aid is being invested in the American domestic market.
