Police have in the past 2 months arrested 21 suspects including 16 minors, all residents of PA (Palestinian Authority) areas who have been responsible for throwing rocks, fireworks, firebombs and explosives at Rachel’s Tomb.
During questioning, police learned that they planned most of the attacks together rather than acting on the spur of the moment.
The gang made a special effort to perpetrate attacks on Friday afternoons. They learned their bomb-making skills on the internet.
