Joint Police-Border Police security forces arrested seven Palestinian minors last week who used to endanger worshippers at Rachel's Tomb by hurling rocks and improvised pipe bombs at people entering the complex.
The teenagers are all residents of the Aida refugee camp, north of Bethlehem.
A police source said the teens learned how to make explosive devices off the internet.
Police asked that they be remanded pending the conclusion of the legal proceedings against them.
