Soldiers manning the checkpoint at Rachel’s Tomb saw a suspicious-looking Arab approaching. When the Palestinian who lives in the territories reached them, they detained him and searched his body. The found a knife on him, which they took away, and then arrested him. Thankfully the soldiers suffered no injury and the terrorist was taken for interrogation.
Even though terrorist attacks have decreased in the past months, largely due to the crackdown on explosives labs and Hamas agents all over the territories, the desire of Palestinians to harm Jewish soldiers and civilians has not diminished.
